Orthodontics

Straightening crowded or gapped teeth into proper alignment. With clear aligners, lingual wire, classic metal/ceramic brackets, or clear brackets.

Orthodontics is a branch of science concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of jaw, tooth and facial irregularities. Treatment helps guide proper jaw development in children and corrects crowding, bite irregularities, and jaw-facial disorders that can develop over time in adults.

Metal braces: The most commonly used classic treatment method. Metal brackets, attached to precisely calculated points on the tooth surface, move teeth into their target position using orthodontic wires. The fastest and most effective solution.

Clear (aesthetic) braces: Made from tooth-colored or fully transparent ceramic material. They work on the same principle as metal braces but are far less visible — an ideal aesthetic choice for adult patients.

Lingual braces: Attached to the inner surface of the teeth, completely invisible from the outside. The most discreet option for professionals with high aesthetic concerns. Treatment time is somewhat longer than with other braces.

Clear aligners (wireless treatment): Tooth movement is achieved using a series of clear, removable aligners. Patients remove the aligners only for eating and brushing. Effective for mild-to-moderate crowding; not suitable for jaw-facial disorders.

Treatment duration varies by patient; results are typically achieved within 6-24 months. Hygiene habits, aligner/wire care, and adherence to check-up appointments directly affect this timeframe.
